All training is conducted, on the internet or at a general location. The Reasonable Suspicion and Employee education was developed and is conducted by a Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor who is also a qualified SAP. She is very knowledgeable in the DoT drug testing and training requirements.

REASONABLE SUSPICION TRAINING FOR SUPERVISORS

If your company requires D.O.T. testing, we can provide your supervisors with the training needed to satisfy the D.O.T. regulations regarding reasonable suspicion testing.

Even if your company is not regulated by DoT, but you have a drug testing program in place, your supervisors must be trained in the recognition of substance abuse in the workplace.

• The two hour workshop will help your supervisors understand:

  • Common symptoms of alcohol misuse and controlled substances use
  • The impact of alcohol misuse and controlled substances use has on the body, in the workplace and with the family
  • What kinds of observations they need to make how to document their observations
  • How to approach suspected employees
  • Who must conduct the testing
  • The SAP process
  • How to respect employee’s privacy
  • And more

This is a very informative and interactive workshop.

• Each participant will receive:

  • Supervisor’s Reference Guide
  • Observed Behavior Reasonable Suspicion Record Form
  • Certificate of Completion

Each workshop is conducted using a conference call format with a power point presentation via the internet. A maximum of 10 sites may enroll, however, multiple attendees may enroll and receive a certificate.
